Remainder of self administration of medications, Assist with Bed Mobility and Personal care.
Light Housekeeping, assist with Activities of daily living. Hoyer lift experience
The comfort, knowledge, and familiar surroundings, together with the necessary home healthcare supervision and emotional support enables patients to maintain a stable state of health with relative independence. We believe that while controlling the costs, we are also improving people’s lives.
Home Health Aide Services are able to provide to our patients with assistance in Personal Care, and their activities of daily livings, including assistance with self administration of medication, shopping, prepare and serve meals, assistance with bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, according to the Plan of Care developed with our sign up nurse in coordination with the patient’s physician.
