Our Nurses provide Nursing Services for those struggling to care for a loved one who did not "fit" into traditional Health Systems: Stroke, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's disease, Traumatic Brain Injury, debilitating disorders, etc. The diagnoses were different, but the families shared common challenges: few community resources, isolation, lack of information, and drastic changes in family roles.

Makes the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluates the patient’s nursing needs
Bathing, dressing and grooming assistance

Provides services in accordance with the plan of care
Provides nursing services requiring substantial specialized Nursing Skills
Counsels the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs
